For this purpose it is important that someone who has a hold over the community is motivated to do the job. Regular meetings are held in the community with the people. Advocacy programmes are held for the parents and the children and they are motivated for education. They are also made aware about the activities of the community. These meetings help in knowing the community better and knowing them closely.
